We provide shipping services to Italy, France, and Germany.
Shipping Fee Structure

Italy: All orders are eligible for free standard shipping.

France & Germany: Orders that reach 59 euros or above enjoy free standard shipping. For orders below 59 euros, a shipping fee of 6.95 euros will be applied.
Shipping Timeline

Order Processing: Our team processes orders during weekdays. The processing usually takes place in the morning. Once processed, customers will receive an order confirmation email which includes essential details like order particulars and the estimated shipping time.

Italy: We offer express delivery service within 48 hours in Italy, excluding remote areas. But don't worry, we are making every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
France & Germany: Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Warranty Claim Procedure
