Returns & Refund Policy

Return Procedure

You must contact us within 14 days after receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

The product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, with intact packaging, all accessories included, and labels not removed or damaged. The product should not have been activated (if applicable).

Send the return and exchange request via email to info@fulminetech.com. Clearly state the reason and provide the order number, purchase date, and detailed product information.

Review and Response: We'll review within 3 working days and reply with the result. If approved, we'll give the return address and instructions.

Return the Product: Use a reliable method to send it back. Keep the tracking number.

Receive the Return: We'll inspect within 5 working days. If okay, process the refund to the original payment method.

Exchange Process

Review and Response: We'll check within 3 days and inform you of the exchange steps if approved.

Return the Product: Send the item for exchange in good packaging.

Process the Exchange: We'll dispatch the replacement within 5 working days after receiving and checking the returned product.

Refund Method

For credit card payments, refunds go back to the card account in 3 - 7 working days, depending on the bank.

For other payment methods, we'll handle refunds suitably and ensure timely processing.

Special Notes

Customized or special-order products are non-returnable/exchangeable, except for quality issues.

If damaged due to personal reasons, we may reject the request but can offer repair at your cost.

For quality problems, we cover return shipping. For non-quality returns/exchanges, you bear the cost (if free shipping was initially, we'll deduct the outbound shipping cost before refunding).
